Radiance of the Seas

Radiance of the Seas
Royal Caribbean's Radiance of the Seas, October 8, 2003
Just at sunrise RCL's beautiful ship enters Honolulu Harbor. This ship is one of the most elegant vessels ever
built by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. This is not a monster sized ship, but is just big enough to have all
the ammenities without you needing a taxi to get from one end of the other. One of the very unique
aspects of this ship is that it seems to be made of glass....everywhere glass, bringing the ocean in.

The Radiance uses the turning basin.

And then backs herself into the main cruise terminal at Aloha Tower.

Legend of the Seas, April, 2003
An early morning arrival of Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas into Honolulu's harbor. Most cruise ships
arrive in Honolulu early in the morning, often at sunrise, giving early-risers a beautiful view of the Island
of Oahu. This smaller sized, speedy ship allows passengers more time in port and shorter times in transit.

The Legend has a fantastic 18-hole course on board, not a fantasy land with windmills and castles,
but a challenging course with sand traps and difficult approaches.
